- Develop the correct mindset for effective self defence
- Instantly recognise the signs of danger
- Switch on your self-defence mechanism
- Learn tried and tested methods to keep yourself in a safe position. Including:
- Defending yourself against multiple attackers
- Defending yourself against edged weapons, impact weapons and projectile weapons
- Defending yourself using control and restraint techniques
