Self Defence

An empowering session to cultivate confidence and calm amongst your team. 

Learn the tools and techniques required to protect yourself.  In this 60 minute Self Defence class, you’ll learn how to: 

  • Develop the correct mindset for effective self defence
  •  Instantly recognise the signs of danger
  • Switch on your self-defence mechanism
  • Learn tried and tested methods to keep yourself in a safe position. Including:
    • Defending yourself against multiple attackers
    • Defending yourself against edged weapons, impact weapons and projectile weapons
    • Defending yourself using control and restraint techniques

Even after just one session you’ll feel confident and empowered to use the techniques you’ve learnt to keep yourself safe – and potentially even save your life.

  • Equipment

    No special equipment or clothing needed. We suggest wearing the clothes you would usually wear. 

  • Your teacher

    A highly experienced self defence, martial arts and Qigong specialist.

    On-site UK wide. Or virtually worldwide.
