Self Defence
An empowering session to cultivate confidence and calm amongst your team.
Learning the tools and techniques required to protect yourself, this session will instil you with calm confidence and a heightened state of self-awareness. In this 60 minute Self Defence class, you’ll learn how to:
- Develop the correct mindset for effective self defence and grasp the fundamentals of SELF:
- Self-development, Self-confidence, Self-awareness, Self-belief, Self-protection, Self-love.
- Instantly recognise the signs of danger
- Switch on your self-defence mechanism
- Learn tried and tested methods to keep yourself in a safe position:
- Defending yourself against multiple attackers
- Defending yourself against edged weapons, impact weapons and projectile weapons
- Defending yourself using control and restraint techniques
Even after just one session you’ll feel confident and empowered to use the techniques you’ve learnt to keep yourself safe – and potentially even save your life.
Self Defence is a popular workshop amongst our clients to mark International Women’s Day (8 March every year)
How it works:
- Capacity: Up to 30 people in person, or up to 100 virtually on Zoom.
- Duration: 60 minutes. Available as a course of a one-off class.
- Equipment: No special equipment or clothing needed. We suggest wearing the clothes you would usually wear.
- Your Teacher: A highly experienced self defence, martial arts and Qigong specialist.
