We bring the stress-busting benefits of yoga directly to your boardroom (or laptop if WFH)
The ideal antidote to days spent at your desk, a typical office yoga class will stretch out tired and tight muscles, strengthen and tone the whole body and induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices. In fact, research has recently found yoga to be THE best relaxation technique for reducing occupational stress. We have worked with many clients virtually (worldwide) or in person across the UK, delivering yoga classes to offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, Edinburgh and beyond.
Incorporating flowing sequences with longer held poses, you’ll float out of your yoga class feeling energised, revived & relaxed. New to yoga? Don’t panic! Our classes are suitable for all levels of yogis – from head-standing old hats to brand new beginners. Our office yoga classes are available for one-off events, or a course of weekly classes.
Delivered virtually, on-site at offices throughout the UK, or a combination of both (some of our clients like to stream their classes to colleagues WFH), we’ve been teaching corporate yoga since 2012 and proudly stretch and de-stress hundreds of employees each week.
How it works:
- Capacity: 20 people in person, or up to 100 virtually.
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Equipment: Provide your own yoga mats.
- Your Teacher: A hand-picked, fully accredited and insured corporate yoga teacher. If your regular teacher isn’t available, we’ll always arrange a cover teacher.
- Available: On-site UK wide; Virtually – worldwide.
