Workplace Breathwork Workshop: What you need to know:
In an always-on world, stress builds faster than we process it. Breathwork offers a simple, powerful way to reduce anxiety, reset the nervous system and regulate the mind in minutes — no equipment, experience or yoga background required.
Our Breathwork Workshop brings evidence-based breathing techniques into the workplace, teaching employees how to shift out of stress and into calm using something they already have with them at all times: their breath.
This 30 or 60-minute interactive session empowers your team with proven breathwork techniques used by elite athletes, first responders and high-performing executives — all translated into practical tools for the working day.
Why this matters
The way we breathe is more than just a reflex — it’s a controller of stress, focus and energy. When breathing becomes shallow, fast or habitual under pressure, it triggers the nervous system into “reactive mode” — limiting performance, clarity and emotional wellbeing.
By increasing awareness and applying simple techniques that adjust the rate, pace and ratio of our breath, we can directly influence our physiological state. Most importantly, knowing how to access calm through something we always carry with us provides a practical and effective way to navigate daily challenges.
What your team will learn
- The science of breath — why breathing connects directly to heart rate, focus, emotional regulation and alertness
- Quick-acting breathwork tools — simple techniques to calm the nervous system and restore mental clarity in real time
- Workplace-ready practices — how to embed micro-pauses between meetings, shift rhythms during stressful moments, and build resilience for the long term
- Integration into routine — tips to practise throughout the day, flexibly and unobtrusively, not just at the end of the day
Breathwork is easily integrated into daily work — between meetings, before a presentation, or at the end of a high-pressure day.

Workplace Breathwork session FAQs
Do participants need any breathing or meditation experience?
No — and that’s specifically the point. The workshop is designed for total beginners as well as experienced practitioners. No equipment, no special clothing, no preparation needed.
Is this safe for people with anxiety or respiratory conditions?
The techniques taught are gentle and grounded — not the more intensive “Wim Hof” style breathwork that can be contraindicated for some conditions. For attendees with specific concerns, we recommend pre-discussion during booking, and the facilitator will signpost any adjustments at the start of the session.
Is it just sitting and breathing for an hour?
No. The session combines short practical exercises, explanation of the science, and practical workplace application. It’s interactive and active — not passive listening.
Will participants need to do anything visible on camera?
The breathing exercises are subtle — no dramatic movements or visible practices. Suitable for virtual sessions, including for participants who prefer cameras off.
30 or 60 minutes — which should we book?
30 minutes works well as a session within a wider away-day or offsite. 60 minutes goes deeper into the science and includes more practical practice time. For first-time bookings, 60 minutes is usually the right call. For follow-up sessions, 30 minutes is often enough.
What does it cost?
Tailored pricing based on duration, format and whether you’re booking standalone or as part of a programme. Multi-workshop bookings are priced more favourably. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a quote within 48 hours.
