No space to roll out a mat? No problem. Our Chair Yoga and Pilates at your Desk classes will provide a sufficient stretch on office chairs alone. Want to work up a sweat? You can boost your heart-rate and endorphins with our popular HIIT classes. All classes below can be delivered on site at your office, or virtually via Zoom.
