Women’s Mental Health & Confidence at Work

You are here: Home / Workplace Wellbeing Workshops – Full Menu / Women’s Wellbeing Workshops & Menopause Training for UK Workplaces / Women’s Mental Health & Confidence at Work
lead with confidence workshop

Women’s Mental Health at Work Workshop: What you need to know:

  • Duration: 60 minutes (extendable to 90)
  • Format: Live in-person UK or virtually worldwide
  • Capacity: Up to 100 in-person or unlimited virtual
  • Audience: Women’s networks, mixed inclusive cohorts, leadership cohorts, ERGs
  • Take-aways: Confidence techniques, reframing tools, slide deck, recording (virtual)
  • Lead time: 2–3 weeks

Women face unique pressures and overlapping challenges in the workplace — from juggling work and caring responsibilities, to navigating hormonal cycles, menopause, gendered expectations, inequality, bias, and often invisible burdens. These factors don’t just affect individuals: They erode morale, engagement, performance and retention.

Our Women’s Mental Health at Work Workshop is a safe, evidence-informed and practical training session designed to support women — and all colleagues — in building resilience, compassion and psychological safety at work.

Blending neuroscience, psychology and lived experience, this session explores the internal barriers that can hold women back (imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fear of judgement) as well as the external challenges (bias, representation gaps, workplace culture).

60 minutes. Led by an Emotional Resilience and Embodied Leadership Coach. In-person UK or virtual worldwide.

What this Women’s Mental Health Workshop covers:

Through interactive discussions and practical takeaways, participants will:

  • Understand how gender dynamics influence confidence and leadership
  • Identify and reframe unhelpful inner narratives
  • Learn confidence-building techniques grounded in psychology and neuroscience
  • Explore how to lead with credibility, presence and impact
  • Gain tools for navigating self-doubt, difficult conversations, and the fear of visibility

This session creates space for reflection, peer insight, and real-world strategies women can use to lead with confidence, at every level of the business.

Perfect for Women’s Network events, International Women’s Day or for any organisations ready to actively support women’s progression and visibility in the workplace

When this workshop is the right fit:

  • International Women’s Day (8 March 2027): A signature IWD workshop. Book early — IWD is our peak season for women’s wellbeing content.
  • Your women’s network or ERG is planning programming. This workshop works as a centrepiece event for the year.
  • You’re investing in women’s leadership development. Often booked for senior cohorts before being rolled out to wider women’s networks.
  • You’re addressing women’s mid-career attrition. The invisible drivers (confidence, hormonal pressure, caring load, bias fatigue) are some of the most under-addressed retention factors.
  • You’re building inclusive culture training. Mixed audiences benefit — managers and allies gain genuine understanding, not just guilt.

Particularly relevant for: Financial services and professional services where women’s mid-career attrition is high; consulting, tech and law firms with senior representation gaps; healthcare and creative industries building inclusive leadership pipelines.

How this workshop pairs with others

Women’s Mental Health sits at the centre of our women’s wellbeing cluster. It pairs naturally with:

  • Pair with the Imposter Syndrome Workshop: Women’s Mental Health provides the broader context; Imposter Syndrome zooms into one of the most acute internal barriers. Often booked as a pair for IWD or women’s network programmes.
  • Book alongside: Harnessing Hormones for Success: Hormonal cycles affect confidence and self-narrative more than most teams realise. Together they form a complete women’s wellbeing programme.
  • Schedule with Managing Menopause at Work: For organisations supporting mid-career women, this combination addresses the full lifecycle picture — the mental health context and the specific menopause stage.
  • Pair with Women’s Nutrition Workshop: Adds the practical nutrition foundation underneath the mental wellbeing work.

Women’s Mental Health at Work FAQs

Is this workshop only for women?

No. While it’s primarily designed for women’s networks and women’s leadership cohorts, it’s increasingly booked for mixed audiences as inclusive education — particularly for managers, allies and senior leaders who want genuine understanding of the dynamics affecting women in their teams.

How is this different from your Imposter Syndrome workshop?

Imposter Syndrome zooms into one specific cognitive pattern. Women’s Mental Health provides the broader context — the unique pressures, internal barriers and external challenges women navigate at work. They pair naturally; many organisations book both as part of a women’s wellbeing programme.

Is it suitable for senior leadership cohorts?

Yes — and we particularly recommend it. Senior leadership cohorts often book it as their own development before rolling it out to wider women’s networks. The content scales naturally for seniority.

Can the workshop be tailored to our context?

Yes. We adapt for audience (women’s network, mixed inclusive education, leadership cohort), specific themes (confidence, visibility, mid-career attrition) and sector context.

Can we tie this to International Women’s Day?

Yes — IWD is our peak season for this workshop. We can also build it into a wider IWD programme including the Imposter Syndrome Workshop, Hormones, and Managing Menopause.

Do you deliver to international teams?

Yes. Virtual delivery works across North America, Europe, the Middle East and APAC.

What does it cost?

Tailored pricing based on duration, format and whether you’re booking standalone or as part of a programme. Multi-workshop bookings are priced more favourably. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a quote within 48 hours.

Harnessing Hormones for Success

AUDIENCE: Women’s wellbeing · Hormonal cycles · Confidence at work

Hormonal cycles affect confidence and self-narrative more than most teams realise. Hormones gives women self-awareness about when their internal critic gets louder; Imposter Syndrome gives the cognitive tools to manage it. Strong pairing for women’s wellbeing programmes.

menopause_awareness_training_at_work

Managing Menopause at Work

AUDIENCE: Menopause Awareness Month · Mid-career retention · Manager training

The natural lifecycle deep-dive. Hormones gives the foundation; Managing Menopause zooms into one of the most underaddressed and highest-impact stages — supporting mid-career women through perimenopause and menopause with policy, manager training and individual support. Often booked as a pair for organisations serious about women’s wellbeing retention.

imposter_sydnome_workshop

Imposter Syndrome Workshop

AUDIENCE: Women’s networks · IWD · Confidence

Women’s Mental Health provides the broader context; Imposter Syndrome zooms into one of the most acute internal barriers. Often booked as a pair for IWD or women’s network programmes.
