For HR leads, internal comms and event organisers planning conferences, leadership events and wellbeing weeks .A curated roster of wellbeing keynote speakers, panel moderators and experiential facilitators. Trusted by Amazon, the Cabinet Office, Universal Music, Soho House and 350+ organisations.
Most corporate events are designed to inspire — and most under-deliver on energy, attention and audience engagement. The right wellbeing programming changes that, turning packed agendas into something delegates actually remember.
Stretching the City delivers two distinct things for corporate events: Substantive keynote speakers who shift the conversation, and wellbeing experiences that restore focus and energy across the day. Founder-led, fifteen years of experience, and a track record across UK and international conferences, off-sites and leadership programmes.

Why book a wellbeing event
Corporate events are designed to inspire, connect and energise. However, packed agendas and long days quickly drain attention and engagement. As a result, the events that genuinely land are the ones that build in deliberate wellbeing moments — keynotes that pause and reframe, panels that name what audiences are actually feeling, and experiential sessions that reset energy mid-day.
We curate and deliver wellbeing events for UK and global organisations — from leadership summits and conferences to wellbeing weeks and all-hands moments. Specifically, our advantage isn’t a single speaker; it’s the range of expertise we can bring to a single event. Psychologists, GPs, executive coaches, lived-experience speakers, founders and movement specialists — matched to your audience, your theme and the moment your event needs.

Wellbeing Keynote Speakers
A powerful keynote shapes the tone of an entire event. As a result, we curate keynote speakers from across our roster — each bringing specialist credentials, lived experience and the ability to land with senior audiences. Specifically:

Stretching the City Founder & Keynote Speaker – Sally Lovett
Our signature keynote speaker. Sally has spent 17 years building Stretching the City from a one-woman yoga side hustle into a workplace wellbeing consultancy serving 350+ UK and global organisations. Specifically, her keynotes cover sustainable performance, the future of workplace wellbeing, women in the workplace, founder resilience and ambition without burnout.
See Sally’s full speaker page — for HR conferences, leadership off-sites, IWD events, founder programmes and wellbeing weeks.
Stretching the City Specialist Speakers: Psychologists, GPs & Coaches

For events that need clinical or specialist authority on a specific topic, we curate speakers from STC’s broader roster:
- Chartered Psychologists — for keynotes on mental health, resilience, neurodiversity and psychological safety
- GPs and Clinical Specialists — for keynotes on physical health, men’s and women’s health, midlife health, sleep medicine
- BANT-Registered Nutritionists — for keynotes on nutrition, energy and the food-mood connection
- Executive Coaches — for keynotes on leadership wellbeing, sustainable performance, career development
- Chartered Sport Psychologists — for keynotes on peak performance, habit change and behavioural psychology (delivered by a former Lead Psychologist at British Athletics across three Olympic cycles)

The Future of Workplace Wellbeing
AUDIENCE: HR conferences · Leadership offsites · Wellbeing Week
Why most workplace wellbeing programmes underperform – and what the ones that actually move the needle do differently. 15 years inside 350+ organisations, distilled into practical principles leaders can use on Monday morning.

Sustainable Performance
AUDIENCE: Leadership programmes · Exec teams · L&D
How ambitious organisations sustain performance over the long haul — without burning their people out. The science of sustainable performance, plus the operator’s view of what actually works inside teams under pressure.

Women in the Workplace Keynote
AUDIENCE: IWD events · Leadership conferences · Women’s networks
Invisible work, mid-career attrition, menopause – and the cultural shifts that quietly shape whether women stay, progress and lead. Honest, structural, and built for mixed leadership audiences – not just for the women in the room.
We also offer keynotes for founder, IWD and women-in-business events. Furthermore, we design bespoke keynote briefs for clients with a specific event theme. As a result, if your event needs a keynote that doesn’t sit cleanly in our signature menu, we’ll scope it on a discovery call.
Panels & Fireside Conversations
Panel discussions bring wellbeing topics to life through multiple perspectives. As a result, we curate and moderate panels combining psychologists, coaches, clinicians and lived-experience speakers — creating thoughtful, engaging conversations.
Topics our clients have hosted panels on:
- Leadership wellbeing and burnout — moderated discussions for HR and exec audiences
- Menopause at work — clinical + lived experience panels for women’s networks
- Men’s mental health and identity at work — for Movember and Men’s Health Month
- Psychological safety and inclusion — for DEI events and team-development programmes
- The future of workplace wellbeing — for HR conferences and industry events
Furthermore, Sally moderates panels at IoD Women’s Business Forum (alongside Mariella Frostrup) and other industry events. Specifically, moderation includes a pre-event briefing call and bespoke question development.

Each session is delivered by a hand-picked specialist from our roster — yoga teachers, meditation practitioners, BANT-registered nutritionists, qualified bodyworkers. As a result, the quality is consistent regardless of which experience you choose.
Wellbeing Energisers & Experiential Sessions
Long stretches of sitting and listening drain attention. As a result, mid-event wellbeing moments are the difference between an audience that leaves energised and one that leaves drained.
We curate experiential sessions designed to create natural pauses in an event agenda:
- Wellbeing Energiser for Events — short movement + breath resets between conference sessions
- Sound Healing — sensory restoration sessions for wellbeing days
- Breathwork Workshop — practical nervous system regulation
- Corporate Massage — chair massage stations for wellbeing days, conferences, away days
- Mindful Chocolate Tasting — experiential mindfulness through taste
- Mindfulness Introduction — taster mindfulness sessions for conference audiences
How we work with Event Planners
Three things our event clients tell us we do differently:

We curate, not just deliver.
Specifically, most wellbeing event providers send you the speaker they already had on the books. We start with your event theme, your audience and your moment — then we match the speaker to the brief. As a result, you get the right voice for your event, not just the next speaker in the rotation.

We pair keynotes with experiences seamlessly.
A keynote that opens the day, panels mid-morning, an energiser before lunch, and a sound healing session as the closing wind-down. Furthermore, we deliver the whole programme as one coordinated experience — not five different suppliers your event team has to coordinate.

We brief deeply on your event culture.
Every event has its own dynamic. Specifically, an HR conference is different from a leadership offsite is different from a women’s network launch. As a result, we brief carefully on your audience, your culture and your sensitivities — so the content lands rather than missing the room.

FAQs — for Corporate Event Planners
How far in advance should we book?
Most corporate events book 3–6 months out. Big windows like IWD (March), Mental Health Awareness Week (May) and World Menopause Day (October) book earliest — confirm by November, February and August respectively. Last-minute enquiries are considered subject to availability
What does pricing look like?
Keynote talks from £3,500 +VAT for a 30–60 minute session. Panels and moderation from £2,500. Wellbeing experiences (energisers, breathwork, mindfulness, on-site treatments) priced per session — typically £500–£1,500 depending on format and duration. Charity rates considered case by case. Travel and accommodation quoted separately.
Can sessions be combined into one event?
Yes — and they often are. Many events book a morning keynote plus afternoon wellbeing experiences, or a panel plus an energiser. Send us the agenda and we’ll suggest a combination that works for your audience and budget. Read our blog: Why Every 2026 Conference Needs a Wellbeing Moment
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Sally regularly speaks at events across the UK, Europe and internationally, and the team delivers wellbeing experiences in-person across the UK and virtually for global teams.
What are your cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms depend on the contract. Standard: 50% retained for cancellations 4–8 weeks before the event, 100% retained inside 4 weeks. Force majeure and date-shift clauses are built into every contract. We’re a small team — bookings hold space on the calendar that other clients can’t take.
Can sessions be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. A briefing call before the event lets the speaker or facilitator tailor examples, language and emphasis to your sector and event theme. Approximately 20–30% of content is tailored per booking. Some sessions (panels, multi-session programmes) tailor further.
What’s the typical lead time once we confirm?
Two to three weeks from confirmed booking to delivery for standard sessions. Tailored content adds 2–3 days. For larger programmes (multi-session, multi-day), allow 4–6 weeks.
How do we know it will land with our audience?
Three things: a pre-event briefing call to align on themes and audience, a track record across 350+ organisations including blue-chip clients, and a 2-working-day response promise so you can ask whatever you need to before committing.
