Of a review of 200 studies of mindfulness, researchers found mindfulness meditation was especially effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression. In simple terms, mindfulness helps you create space around your worries so they don’t consume you.
 
Experience this for yourselves with our bespoke 30 minute mindfulness class, specifically created to help calm anxious thoughts. Lead by an experienced mindfulness teacher, you’ll be lead through a series of calming meditation practices and techniques to draw on during stressful times.

 
These meditations will incorporate gentle focused awareness practices, such as breathing techniques – which are often the cornerstone of a meditation practice.
