Resilience Workshop For Employees
We often underestimate how small actions impact our brain’s ability to manage stress and promote resilience.
This resilience workshop for employees will demystify resilience, explaining the science of what enables us to be at our best and teaching simple steps to optimise your ability to deal with the normal ups and downs of life. These skills are your secret weapon for maintaining focus, managing your mood, solving problems and maintaining motivation, even when the pressure is on.
You’ll leave the session with skills for life, that will enable you to tap into your resilience both in and out of the workplace – improving your relationships, health and daily fulfilment.
The session will cover:
- Understanding resilience and the biochemistry of the brain
- The relationship of resilience to our physical, social and mental wellbeing
- 10-minute habit hacks to enhance resilience, motivation and willpower
- Practical routes to healthier routines and switching off to help boost resilience, health and performance
How it works:
This resilience workshop will take an interactive seminar style approach. Attendees will be encouraged to participate in exercises and apply their own challenges to the tools and advice discussed. However, no one will be put on the spot and expected to share confidential, sensitive information.
- Capacity: Up to 30 people in person, or 100 virtually as a webinar.
- Length: This workshop is available as a 60 minute or 90 minute format. 90 minutes will be more interactive and allow more time for participatory exercises, whilst 60 minutes will be more information focused.
- Requirements: Attendees will need a notepad and pen. The facilitator will need a screen for powerpoint slides and a flip chart if possible. If being delivered as a webinar, we will set up an exclusive Zoom link.
