Resilience, Stress & Burnout
Mental Health Awareness for Everyone

Stress Management workshop
Evidence-based tools for managing the chronic stress that, left alone, becomes burnout. Covers the physiology, the psychology, and the daily habits that actually move the needle. 60–90 min.

Moving More for Our Mental Health
Understand the neuroscience behind the plentiful benefits of movement on your mental health and coaching practices to motivate you to move more.
Boundary Setting in the Workplace
Practical tools for protecting recovery time, managing workload demands, and saying no without damaging relationships or career progression. Particularly useful for teams returning from a high-pressure period or working to prevent burnout from coming back. 60 min.
Time to Talk: Cultivating Conversations Around Mental Health
The workshop on how to actually talk about mental health at work — what to say, what to avoid, and how to support a colleague who’s struggling. The single best entry-point workshop for any team starting to take mental health seriously, and the most-booked session in our calendar each February around Time to Talk Day.

Workplace culture and Psychological Safety training
For psychological safety, active bystander training, sexual harassment awareness, tools for challenging work relationships, and workplace culture transformation, see our sister brand People Performance.

Building Resilient Teams
A workshop for managers and senior leaders on what creates resilience at the team level and how to lead through periods of pressure without burning the team out.

Peak Performance at Work
A practical workplace session focused on stress, nervous system regulation and sustainable performance.
For Sensitive Moments
Suicide Awareness workshop
A workplace suicide awareness — recognising warning signs in colleagues, having the conversation safely, and signposting to professional support. Sensitive, structured, grounded in current best practice. Often booked around World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September) or as part of broader manager mental health training.
For specific identities and lived experience
Men’s Mental Health
A practical session on the specific shape men’s mental health takes at work — the way it presents, the conversations men do and don’t have, and the changes that genuinely help. Often booked around Movember and International Men’s Day (November), but increasingly a year-round priority for organisations with active men’s networks. 60 min.
Women’s Mental Health in the Workplace
How the gendered experience of work affects mental health — the invisible load, perinatal and hormonal influences, the workplace conditions that disproportionately impact women’s wellbeing. Often booked around International Women’s Day, women’s network launches, or as part of a broader women’s wellbeing programme. 60 min.
Neurodiversity Awareness training
How neurodivergent colleagues experience the workplace, what reasonable adjustments actually look like, and how to build a team where neurodiversity becomes a strength rather than a tolerance. 60–90 min.
Seasonal and specialist workshops
Happiness at Work workshop
Evidence-based session on what genuinely sustains workplace wellbeing — autonomy, purpose, mastery, relationships — and how to build more of each into your week. A constructive counterweight to the heavier mental health territory; often booked alongside or after burnout and resilience workshops. 60 min.
Wellbeing for Winter
A seasonal session on the specific wellbeing challenges of the darker months — energy, motivation, seasonal mood patterns, and the small habits that protect mental health from October through February. Best booked September–November so the tools are in place before the dip. 60 min.
Loneliness, Connection & Belonging
Workplace loneliness has measurably worsened since hybrid working took hold. This session covers the science, the warning signs, and the team practices that build belonging back. 60 min…
How delivery works for mental health workshops
A few things specific to this category that don’t always apply to other workshops:
Group size: Mental health workshops work best with 30–50 attendees. Larger groups can be split into break-outs; smaller groups (under 15) shift toward a more intimate, conversation-led session.
Manager add-ons : Most workshops can be paired with a 45-minute manager-only session. The team gets the foundational workshop; managers get tools for spotting concerns, holding the conversation, and supporting recovery.
Confidentiality: Sensitive workshops (grief, baby loss) are not recorded by default. If you want async access for colleagues who can’t attend live, we’ll discuss what can and can’t be captured.
Aftercare: Every workshop ends with a take-away resource and signposting to professional support — your EAP, NHS routes, third-sector charities. We also offer a post-workshop pulse survey so you can measure the shift in confidence and intent to apply.
Lead time: Standard two to three weeks. For urgent situations (a recent incident, an immediate team crisis) we can sometimes deliver inside a week — get in touch and we’ll be honest about availability.

Corporate Mental Health Training: Frequently asked questions
Do you offer mental health training for managers?
Yes. Mental Health Training for Managers is one of our most-booked workshops. Specifically, it gives line managers the practical confidence to have mental health conversations with their team, spot the early signs, and signpost appropriately. In addition, we offer Wellbeing Training for Managers as the broader version. Both can be booked standalone or as part of a manager capability programme.
Who delivers these workshops?
Every workshop is delivered by a specialist matched to the subject. For example, chartered psychologists for resilience and stress, a chartered Sport Psychologist for Habits & Mindset and Moving More, GPs and clinical specialists for sensitive topics, and executive coaches for capability and behaviour change. Consequently, the depth of credential matches the depth of the subject matter — we don’t deliver mental health training with generic facilitators.
Are these workshops in-person or virtual?
Both. We deliver live in-person workshops across the UK and virtually to global teams. Most clients book a mix — in-person for whole-team moments and senior cohorts, virtual for awareness days, distributed teams and global rollouts.
Can we book these as a year-round programme?
Yes, and most thoughtful employers do. As a result, multi-workshop programmes are priced more favourably than one-offs. Typically, a year-round programme covers manager training, an awareness week centrepiece, a resilience or stress workshop in spring, and a sensitive-topic workshop in autumn. We’ll scope the exact programme on the discovery call.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on workshop count, format, audience size and location. Multi-workshop programmes are priced more favourably than one-offs. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a clear quote within 48 hours.
