Scalable, structured workplace wellbeing learning – designed for modern, hybrid and global organisations.
Live workshops create momentum. Digital wellbeing sustains it.
As organisations become more global, hybrid and time-pressured, wellbeing support can no longer rely solely on live delivery. Employees need access to structured, credible learning they can revisit — whether they’re in London, New York, Singapore or working a late shift.
Our On-Demand & Digital Wellbeing offering enables organisations to build a scalable learning library that reinforces live sessions, supports onboarding, and embeds wellbeing into everyday work.
Trusted by UK and global organisations – 350+ clients, 15 years of workplace wellbeing experience
Practitioner-led, never generic — accredited coaches, BACP-registered therapists, nutrition-accredited facilitators
Built for scale — from 50-person teams to 5,000-person multi-territory rollouts
Why Digital Wellbeing Now?

Work has changed. Teams are distributed across time zones. Hybrid schedules make attendance unpredictable. New starters join throughout the year. Attention spans are shorter, cognitive load is higher, and organisations expect learning to be flexible and accessible.
At the same time, research consistently shows that learning fades without reinforcement. A powerful live session can spark insight — but without repetition and application, impact diminishes.
Digital wellbeing bridges this gap. It allows organisations to extend the life of their investment, reach employees who cannot attend live sessions, and provide structured support that evolves alongside the business.
Rather than replacing human delivery, corporate digital wellbeing strengthens it.
The STC Digital Wellbeing Library
Our digital offering is structured around three integrated layers, designed to scale with your maturity and ambition.
Microlearning Modules
Short, professionally delivered wellbeing modules designed for busy professionals. Each 10-15 minute session focuses on a specific workplace challenge — stress regulation, sleep hygiene, focus, digital boundaries, energy management — and provides immediately actionable strategies grounded in psychology and performance science.
Every module is accompanied by practical reflection prompts and downloadable tools that help individuals apply insights in their daily work. For organisations wishing to embed learning within teams, we also provide structured discussion guides so managers can turn content into conversation.
Example modules currently available:
- Stress Regulation in 10 Minutes — practical nervous system tools your team can use the same afternoon
- Sleep Hygiene Essentials — designed for shift workers, parents and frequent business travellers
- Digital Boundaries — managing email, Slack and after-hours availability without losing responsiveness
- The Daily Energy Audit — micro-habits for sustained focus across the working day
- Manager Wellbeing Conversations — how to check in with team members without overstepping
- Quick Mindfulness Resets — usable between meetings, in the gap before a presentation
- Nutrition for Focus — what to eat for cognitive performance through the working day
- Boundary Setting Scripts — practical language for protecting workload and recovery time.
Extended Access to Live Sessions
For organisations investing in live delivery, we offer structured access to workshop recordings for 12 months or longer. This enables teams to revisit key frameworks, integrate sessions into onboarding, and ensure consistency across regions.
A single workshop becomes a long-term organisational asset rather than a one-off event.
Bespoke & Branded Digital Content
For clients seeking deeper integration, we design customised digital wellbeing content aligned with internal language, culture and priorities. This may include branded modules, integrated signposting to internal support services, and curated learning pathways tailored to specific workforce segments.
This approach is particularly effective for global organisations looking to deliver consistent wellbeing messaging across multiple territories.

Beyond Video: Structured Digital Toolkits
Our digital wellbeing offering goes beyond recorded content. Each module can be supported by a suite of structured digital resources designed to turn insight into action.
These may include:
- Practical reflection templates
- One-page action planners
- Team discussion frameworks
- Downloadable “insight sheets” that summarise key models and techniques
- Manager conversation guides for integrating wellbeing themes into regular meetings
Rather than simply watching content, employees are encouraged to reflect, apply and discuss. This ensures learning is reinforced, not forgotten.
How clients are using STC Digital Wellbeing

We see four common deployment patterns. Most clients combine two or three across the year.
Pattern 1: Onboarding companion
New starters access a curated module pathway during week one — typically 3-5 modules covering wellbeing basics, the organisation’s support infrastructure, and manager-team wellbeing conversation expectations. Embeds wellbeing language from day one, reduces ramp-up time on wellbeing culture, signals the organisation’s seriousness on the topic.
Pattern 2: Live session reinforcement
Post-workshop, attendees get 12-month access to the recording plus 3-5 related modules. A single workshop becomes an ongoing learning journey across the quarter. Particularly powerful for Mental Health Training for Managers, Sleep School, Wellbeing at Work and the Mental Fitness Hour — the workshops that benefit most from ongoing reinforcement.
Pattern 3: Awareness day campaigns
Curated modules unlock during Mental Health Awareness Week, Stress Awareness Month, World Mental Health Day, IWD and Men’s Health Month. Content matches the moment — and employees who can’t attend the live event still benefit. We design the calendar with you.
Pattern 4: Manager toolkit
A dedicated module pathway for line managers covering mental health conversations, team wellbeing rhythms, supporting struggling employees, and recognising depletion in themselves. Pairs naturally with our Manager Wellbeing & Leadership live workshops to build year-long manager wellbeing capability.
We’ll talk through which pattern fits your organisation on the discovery call.

Digital Wellbeing Training FAQs
How is this different from buying licences to a wellbeing app?
Wellbeing apps (Calm, Headspace, etc.) are excellent for individual meditation and mindfulness. Our digital wellbeing offering is different in two ways: it’s structured workplace learning (modules, action planners, reflection templates, discussion guides — not just content), and it integrates with your live workshop programme and internal language. The two are complementary, not competing.
Can we white-label the content?
Yes — the bespoke and branded layer is specifically designed for this. We design content that reflects your internal language, culture and priorities, with integrated signposting to your internal support services.
What does the bespoke design process look like?
We typically start with a discovery process to understand your workforce, your existing wellbeing infrastructure, and your strategic priorities. We then design module pathways and content tailored to those. The bespoke layer usually takes 6-12 weeks to design and produce.
How do you measure impact?
For microlearning modules, we provide engagement analytics (completion rates, time per module, regional distribution). For organisations with KPIs around wellbeing outcomes, we can design pre/post pulse surveys and 90-day impact assessments alongside the content.
Can you integrate with our LMS?
Yes. Modules are deliverable via SCORM-compatible files for integration with most enterprise LMS platforms, or via our own hosted environment if you’d prefer. We can also deliver via Microsoft Teams Learning Path integration.
Are the modules accessible (WCAG compliant)?
Yes — all our modules include closed captions, transcript downloads, and meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Particularly important for global rollouts where accessibility regulations vary by territory.
What’s the typical investment?
Pricing scales with workforce size, content scope and integration complexity. Microlearning suites with 12-month licences typically start in the £15-30k range for organisations of 500-2,000 employees; bespoke programmes for larger organisations are priced individually. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a clear quote based on your scope.
