Run meaningful wellbeing moments across your entire team in one 45–90 minute window — without the logistics of an in-person event.
Our corporate wellbeing workshops, delivered as live virtual webinars, are designed for distributed and hybrid workforces. A single live session that can reach your London head office, your New York sales team, and your APAC ops hub at the same time.
Every workshop is led by accredited coaches and wellbeing practitioners, includes live Q&A, and comes with a recording for anyone who can’t make it. Where the topic warrants it, the workshop is delivered by a specialist clinician — NHS GPs for our health awareness workshops, clinical psychologists for our grief and sensitive topic sessions, BANT-registered nutritional therapists for our nutrition catalogue.
This page covers our live virtual workshop format. For in-person delivery, the full workshop catalogue is here. For on-demand and digital wellbeing learning, see our Digital Wellbeing Training.

Why teams choose choose live virtual workshops over in-person

Built for distributed teams
One session, everyone attends. No five-city tour, no calendar maze. Webinars solve the problem that in-person workshops create for teams spread across offices, home-workers, and international time zones. If your people are in more than one place, a webinar is usually the right format to start with.
Practical and evidence-based, never generic
Every session is led by a qualified practitioner. he content is research-led and the takeaways are practical. Q&A is always included, so your people get answers to the questions they’ve been sitting on — not just a pre-recorded talk.
Delivered in the time zone that fits
UK prime time for British teams. US-friendly afternoon slots for North American employees. APAC morning sessions where you need them. We’ll help you pick the right delivery window for your geography, and we’ll record the session for anyone who’s off the clock.
Lower carbon, lower cost, same impact
For organisations balancing wellbeing investment against carbon and cost constraints, live virtual delivery genuinely delivers the same engagement (and often higher reach) than in-person — without the travel footprint or the per-location cost stack.
350+ clients · 15 years of workplace wellbeing experience
Practitioner-led, never generic — accredited coaches, BACP-registered therapists, nutrition-accredited facilitators
Audiences of 50–5,000 delivered live across UK, EMEA, APAC and the Americas
Common workshop configurations
Beyond the topic themes, buyers tend to book in patterns. The most common:
Awareness day single session — One workshop tied to MHAW, IWD, World Menopause Day or another moment. The most common entry point — typically 4-6 weeks of lead time.
Quarterly wellbeing programme — Four themed workshops across the year, each tied to a calendar moment. More economical than booking individually.
Manager training cohort — Sequenced workshops for line managers, delivered in cohorts of 15-25 over 3 months. Pre/post pulse measurement across the cohort.
Global rollout campaign — Same workshop delivered twice across time zones (UK and APAC, or UK and Americas), plus 12-month recording access for everyone else. Coverage without the per-location cost.
Multi-theme annual programme — 6-8 workshops across the year, drawn from multiple themes. A coherent wellbeing journey rather than a series of one-offs.

How we work with you
1. Discovery call (20 minutes)
We scope your team size, geography, the topic you want to cover, and what you want your people to walk away with. No commitment — if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
2. Session design
We shape the webinar around your people, your industry, and your goals. Off-the-shelf delivery is available if you need to move quickly for an awareness day; tailored delivery if you want the session to reflect your company values or strategy.

3. Live delivery
Delivered over Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet (your preference), 45–60 minutes, with structured Q&A. Up to 500 people live, unlimited async through the recording.
4. Follow-up pack
Every webinar comes with the recording, a takeaway summary for attendees, and suggested further reading or resources. Where relevant, we’ll flag the in-person workshop or manager training that naturally follows on.

What our clients say
FAQ: CORPORATE WELLBEING WEBINARS
Corporate wellbeing webinars — the basics
What is a corporate wellbeing webinar?
Specifically, a live online wellbeing workshop (45–90 minutes) delivered by an expert practitioner — coach, therapist, clinician, or nutritional therapist depending on topic. Live Q&A is always included, so your team gets answers to real questions rather than a pre-recorded talk.
How is a “webinar” different from a “workshop”?
In practice, they’re the same thing — the workshop format delivered virtually. We use “webinar” interchangeably with “live virtual workshop” because that’s how the buyer market searches. As a result, everything in our standard workshop catalogue is deliverable as a live webinar.
Are your webinars off-the-shelf or tailored?
Both. Specifically, we have a library of proven webinar topics that can be delivered with minimal customisation. However, we also tailor sessions when you need something specific to your industry, values, or the moment your team is in. Most clients choose a light tailoring layer over a proven session — best of both.
Booking, cost and recording rights
How far in advance do we need to book?
Three to four weeks is ideal. However, for major awareness days — International Women’s Day, World Mental Health Day, Mental Health Awareness Week, World Menopause Day — we’d recommend booking six to eight weeks out. Notably, slots around those dates book up fast, so earlier is always better.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on workshop length, audience size, tailoring level and whether you’re booking standalone or as part of a multi-workshop package. Notably, tiered discounts apply for multi-workshop bookings and annual wellbeing calendars. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a clear quote within 48 hours.
Can we record the session and re-use it internally?
Yes. Every webinar comes with a recording and a takeaway summary. Furthermore, you can host it internally for as long as you have a licence (12 months as standard, longer terms available). In addition, some clients pair the recording with our Digital Wellbeing modules to extend the impact for months after the live session.
Global delivery for international teams
Can you deliver webinars live across multiple time zones?
Yes. Specifically, we can run the same session twice in one day for teams split across hemispheres, or deliver one live session and hold a shorter follow-up Q&A at a different time. In practice, most clients choose a single live session with the recording distributed async — simpler for the calendar, still accessible to everyone.
Do you work with teams outside the UK?
Yes. Our virtual webinars are delivered regularly for teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. In practice, in-person delivery is focused on UK offices, but anything virtual travels. See our Virtual Wellbeing Workshops for Global Teams.

Ready to run your first webinar?
Not sure which workshop fits? Book a 20-minute scope call.
We’ll listen to what your team is dealing with, suggest 2-3 workshops that fit, and tell you honestly if we’re not the right partner. No pitch.
Prefer in-person?
Our workshops are delivered across the UK and can often be paired with a webinar for global coverage.
