Managing Stress Through Nutrition & Lifestyle Workshop: What you need to know:
Driven by declining fertility and increasing life expectancy, healthy ageing is becoming central to sustaining a healthy economy. Global life expectancy is forecast to rise from 73.6 years in 2022 to 78.1 years in 2050.
As the working population ages, employers face a new strategic question: How do you support a longer working life and a higher quality of life into retirement? Most “longevity” content focuses on personal optimisation (think Bryan Johnson, Peter Attia, the biohacker industrial complex). This workshop takes the workplace angle: How do organisations and individuals support sustained performance, mid-career resilience and healthy ageing through the working day?
Since scientific evidence shows that most chronic diseases are preventable — and that prevention works at any age — this 60-minute workshop, led by a Harley Street BANT-registered nutritional therapist, explores how to grow older whilst remaining free of chronic disease and disability.
What this Longevity Workshop covers:
Led by a Harley Street nutritionist, this insightful 60-minute Longevity and Healthy Ageing workshop will cover:

- Key nutrients for healthy ageing
- The role of gut health in ageing
- Managing inflammation through diet
- Diet and cognitive health — preserving focus, memory and decision-making over a longer career

Workshop outcomes:
After the session, participants typically leave with:
- A framework for thinking about longevity that’s relevant to their actual working life — not personal optimisation theatre
- Specific nutritional strategies appropriate to their life stage
- Practical lifestyle adjustments that support sustained performance into their 50s, 60s and beyond
- A reframed view of ageing — not decline to be feared, but a stage to be supported
When this workshop is the right fit:
- You’re addressing mid-career attrition — particularly women in their 40s and 50s, and senior men exiting at 55
- You’re a sector with an ageing workforce — public sector, professional services, healthcare, law firms with long partner tenures
- You’re investing in senior leadership retention — longevity content is increasingly valued at the executive level
- You’re building a long-term sustainable performance programme — longevity is the natural endgame of “wellbeing at work”
- Particularly valuable for: Professional services and law firms with partner-tenure retention questions; financial services addressing senior-women’s mid-career attrition; public sector and healthcare with significant older-employee populations; consulting addressing burnout in mid-career senior roles.

Healthy Ageing at Work Workshop FAQs
Is this just biohacker / Bryan Johnson content?
No — and that’s deliberate. We focus on workplace longevity: How do organisations support sustained performance and healthy ageing through the working day? This is a different conversation from personal-optimisation biohacking, and it’s the conversation HR and L&D teams actually need.
Who is the workshop for — senior employees, or everyone?
Both. The principles apply at every life stage, and the earlier they’re applied the more compounding effect they have. That said, the workshop lands particularly well with mid-career and senior employees, and is often booked for leadership cohorts before being rolled out wider.
Can the workshop be tailored?
Yes. We adapt for sector (professional services, financial services, public sector, healthcare), audience (mid-career, senior leadership, mixed) and any specific focus (women’s wellbeing, men’s health, cognitive health).
Is it suitable for women’s networks?
Yes — and we often weight content toward women’s mid-career experience (perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes) when booked for women’s network audiences. Pairs naturally with our Hormones and Managing Menopause workshops.
What does it cost?
Tailored pricing based on duration, format and whether you’re booking standalone or as part of a programme. Multi-workshop bookings are priced more favourably. Book a discovery call and we’ll send a quote within 48 hours.
