Workshops, classes, programmes and staff wellbeing sessions — corporate wellbeing for UK teams, virtual delivery worldwide.
Every session is led by accredited coaches, BACP-registered therapists, or specialist facilitators with corporate experience. We deliver in-person across the UK and virtually to global teams.
Most workshops run 60 to 90 minutes, end with a one-page action plan, and can be tailored to your industry or the specific moment your team is in. If you already know what you need, jump to the relevant category below. If you’re not sure, the next section is for you.
All Workshops by Topic
Mental Health & Resilience
Our highest-demand category. These are the workshops most often booked together.
Workplace wellbeing (Our signature session): A foundational, broad-spectrum workshop introducing the building blocks of workplace wellbeing. The session most teams start with if they want a single all-purpose introduction.
Employee Burnout workshop: Practical recovery tools and a one-page action plan for teams already showing burnout signs. 60–90 min.
Anxiety at Work Workshop: Practical tools for managing workplace anxiety — the daily rituals, the conversations, and the changes that actually help. Suits teams where pressure has tipped into chronic worry.
Resilience Workshop: Build the capacity to recover from setbacks before they tip into burnout. Suits teams ahead of a high-pressure period. 60–90 min.
Stress Management Workshop: Evidence-based tools for managing the chronic stress that, left alone, becomes burnout. 60–90 min.

Mental Health Awareness for Everyone — A foundational session for whole teams. Reduces stigma, opens the conversation, gives everyone a shared language. 60 min.
Other mental health workshops you can book: Corporate Grief workshop (BACP-led, for teams navigating loss) · Neurodiversity Awareness training · Loneliness, Connection & Belonging

Digital Habits & Focus
Digital wellbeing workshop: How to live and work alongside our devices without burning out. Covers screen time, attention, and the small habits that protect focus.

Sleep & Recovery
Sleep Workshop: Practical, evidence-based session on sleep hygiene, recovery, and the changes that actually help when sleep is broken. Suits whole teams. 60 min.

Women’s Wellbeing
Often booked by women’s networks, ERGs, and HR teams marking International Women’s Day or World Menopause Day.
Managing Menopause at Work: A workshop to raise awareness for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, with a manager-focused add-on. Helps retain experienced women through a stage that’s still under-supported in most workplaces. 60–90 min.
Women’s Health at Work: A broader session covering hormonal health, energy, sleep, and the workplace conditions that affect women’s wellbeing. 60 min.
Women in the Workplace Keynote: A keynote-format session for IWD, women’s network launches, or all-hands moments. Covers the visible and invisible drivers of women’s wellbeing at work, with audience Q&A. 30–45 min plus Q&A.

For teams who want to fuel sustained focus, energy, and mood through what they eat — plus food-based sessions for awareness days and team moments.
Eating for Energy Workshop: Practical fuelling for office and hybrid teams. Covers blood-sugar stability, hydration, the meals that actually sustain focus, and the simple food swaps that beat the post-lunch slump. 60 min.
Good Mood Food: The science of how what we eat affects how we feel. A grounded session linking nutrition, gut health, and mood — with practical changes your team can make that week. Pairs well with the mental health workshops above. 60 min.
Cancer Awareness for Employees: An evidence-based, sensitively delivered session covering cancer prevention, early detection, and how nutrition and lifestyle choices influence risk. Often booked around World Cancer Day (4 February) and specific awareness months across the year. 60 min.
Mindful Chocolate Tasting: A lighter, immersive session that uses chocolate as a way into mindfulness. Brilliant for team days, awareness-week moments, or as a sweeter close to a heavier wellbeing programme. 60 min.
Leadership & Manager Wellbeing
For organisations developing senior leaders, building manager capability, or running leadership-focused wellbeing sessions.
People Performance: Leadership and Team Development: Our dedicated sister brand, built specifically for leadership development. Coaching, programmes, and workshops designed for senior leaders, executive teams, and high-performing managers. The right starting point if you’re investing in leadership as a strategic capability rather than booking a one-off session. Distinct from STC, but built by the same team and bookable through the same conversation.

Looking for a single workshop or a one-off session instead? The leadership-themed sessions below sit alongside the People Performance offer for clients who want a workshop, not a programme.
Psychological Safety at Work: How to build the team conditions where people raise concerns, admit mistakes, and ask for help. The single biggest predictor of team performance, and increasingly the wellbeing capability HR teams ask managers to develop. 60–90 min.
Building Resilient Teams: A workshop for managers and senior leaders on what creates resilience at the team level — workload distribution, recovery rhythms, psychological safety, and how to lead through periods of pressure without burning the team out. 60–90 min.
Peak Performance: For senior individual contributors and leaders: how to operate at high performance sustainably, without tipping into burnout. Covers energy management, recovery, and the habits that distinguish sustainable performers. 60–90 min.
Movement & Relaxation
Lower-key sessions that work brilliantly as part of a wellbeing day, an awareness week, or as a regular drumbeat alongside heavier topics.
Office yoga: Accessible to all levels. Mat or chair-based options for offices that don’t have changing facilities. 30–60 min.
Pilates for desk-based teams: Targets the postural issues that come from screen-heavy work. 60 min.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Short, practical, no incense. Gives your team a tool they can actually use between meetings. 30–60 min.
Office Chair Yoga: Perfect for busy teams and tight office spaces, Chair Yoga offers all the physical and mental benefits of a traditional yoga class, without needing a mat. 30 minutes.
On-site massage: Booking-style chair massage for office days, awareness weeks, and team events. Never not popular.
Breathwork workshop: Practical breathing techniques for stress regulation, focus, and recovery. Easy to learn, immediately usable in the working day. 30–45 min.
Staff wellbeing workshops for UK teams: More wellbeing topics
Smaller in volume than the categories above, but real and worth keeping on your radar — especially if you’re building a year-round.
Men’s Wellbeing: Mental health, fatherhood, identity, the “why men don’t talk” conversation. Often booked around Movember (November), Men’s Health Month and International Men’s Day (19 November), but increasingly a year-round priority for organisations with active men’s networks.
Families at Work: Wellbeing for working parents and carers. Supporting Baby Loss in the Workplace. Covers parental burnout, the mental load, the post-leave return, and how managers can support team members balancing family demands. Highly relevant for organisations with a growing parent population or an active family/carers network.
Financial Wellbeing at Work : Practical sessions on financial literacy, money worries, and the link between financial stress and mental health. Particularly relevant during periods of economic pressure or for sectors with younger workforces still building financial confidence.
Wellbeing for Graduates & New Joiners
The day-one workshop most clients book for their graduate intake. Built specifically for that first-day-first-week-first-month feeling — the transition from student to professional, the stress container, the reframing, the resilience toolkit. Covers self-care, productivity, transitions, boundaries, plus the food/exercise/sleep foundations that prevent first-year burnout.

How delivery works

What our clients say
Workplace Wellbeing Workshops: Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you deliver a workshop?
Standard lead time is two to three weeks from confirmed booking. We can sometimes deliver inside a week for urgent situations — get in touch and we’ll be honest about availability.
Can workshops be tailored to our industry?
Yes. We adapt language, examples, and the action-plan template to your sector. We work regularly with finance, professional services, tech, healthcare, and the public sector. Tailoring usually adds two to three days to the delivery timeline, not weeks.
Can we book multiple workshops as a series?
Yes — and most clients who book more than two end up doing exactly that. Series bookings unlock a discount and let us thread a narrative across sessions. If you’re considering more than three workshops in a year, ask us about a signature programme on the discovery call — same workshops, more structure, a dedicated lead.
How do we measure whether a workshop has worked?
Every workshop comes with a post-session pulse survey covering attendee confidence, takeaway value, and intent to apply. For series and programme clients, we run pre- and post-pulse surveys plus quarterly check-ins.
Do you deliver to international teams?
Yes. Virtual delivery is available for teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We adapt time zones and language conventions accordingly. In-person delivery is UK-focused.
How does pricing work?
Most workshops start from £850 (virtual) or £1,250 (UK in-person). The exact quote depends on group size, format, and any tailoring. Multi-workshop bookings come with a series discount. We give a transparent quote on the discovery call — no hidden fees.
Looking for Leadership and Team development?
Alongside Stretching the City’s wellbeing offering, we also deliver structured leadership and team development programmes through our sister company, People & Performance.
Designed to build real capability, these programmes focus on leadership, communication and performance – the foundations that shape workplace wellbeing at it’s source.
