  • Format: In-person UK and international, or virtual to global audiences
  • Capacity: Up to 100 in-person or unlimited virtual
  • 30+ named keynote engagements per year.

Sustainable performance, modern leadership, and the future of work — from someone who’s built it.

A workplace wellbeing keynote speaker for HR conferences, leadership offsites, IWD events, founder programmes and corporate wellbeing weeks.

Sally Lovett has spent 17 years building Stretching the City from a one-woman yoga side hustle into a workplace wellbeing consultancy serving 350+ UK and global organisations — including Amazon, Universal Music, Sky, Soho House, Accenture, Charlotte Tilbury, the Jamie Oliver Group and the Cabinet Office.

Her keynotes blend the science of sustainable performance with the operator’s view of what actually happens inside organisations under pressure. As a result, audiences leave with insight they can use on Monday morning rather than slogans they’ll forget by Friday.

Specifically, Sally is known for handling sensitive subject matter — mental health, burnout, motherhood, ambition — with the care and credibility that earned her a stage alongside Mariella Frostrup at the IoD Women’s Business Forum.

About Sally

Sally Lovett is a workplace wellbeing keynote speaker, founder and entrepreneur. She built Stretching the City from a one-woman yoga side hustle into a multi-six-figure workplace wellbeing consultancy – working with 350+ organisations including Amazon, the Cabinet Office, Universal Music, Soho House and Accenture, without external investment, a PR agency, or a business plan.

She did it whilst raising two sons, navigating the messy chaos of family life and figuring it out as she went.

Her talks are evidence-based, commercially grounded, and full of the kind of insight that only comes from actually building something — not from a business school case study.

Why organisations book Sally:

An operator, not a theorist

Most workplace wellbeing speakers study the field from the outside. Sally has spent 15 years building one – inside 350+ organisations, watching what actually happens when performance cultures go wrong and what genuinely makes the difference.

Commercially grounded

Sally built a multi-six-figure business from scratch, without external investment. Her talks combine research and lived organisational insight with honest, practical takeaways leaders can act on — no inspiration theatre, no wellness-washing.

Handles sensitive subject matter

Mental health, burnout, motherhood, ambition – Sally speaks on the topics organisations are wrestling with but often avoid, with the kind of care and credibility that earned her a stage with alongside Mariella Frostrup at the Women in Business IoD.
