Stretching the City was launched in London back in 2010 by SW London resident, Sally Lovett. It started as a corporate yoga company, offering office yoga classes to stressed-out Londoners. Fast forward 12 years and we’re now proud to be London’s leading workplace wellbeing company. We make it our mission to deliver wellbeing workshops, exercise classes and office massage to our clients in London.

Our wellbeing services can take place on-site at your London office, virtually online, or a combination of both. What’s more, many of our clients also stream in-house wellbeing sessions to their colleagues working from home.
