If there’s ever a month to give your employees an extra boost of motivation, it’s January.

Research proves that not only does productivity plummet in January, the average employee is productive for only 31% of the working day. Delving in to productivity further, the study finds we complete most tasks at the beginning of the week. And unsurprisingly, after lunchtime our productivity drops (completely plummeting after 4pm).
What’s more, with Blue Monday (dubbed the ‘bleakest day of the year’) on Monday 16 January, mood as well as motivation will be suffering in the New Year.
But it’s not all bad news. With some extra encouragement, January has the potential to be a productive month, kick-starting your 2023 to-do list off with aplomb.
Below we’ve curated our recommended workshops and classes to help give your employees a boost of motivation, good mood and productivity in January – and beyond.
