You are here: Home / Blog / Planning your Workplace Wellbeing strategy around 2023 Awareness Days
21st November 2022

With 2022 drawing to a close, we’re working with our clients to help make their wellbeing plans for 2023 their best yet.

Predicted workplace trends for 2023 place the importance of a positive company culture and enticing employee benefits as more important than ever before.  Meanwhile, with 90% of organisations committing to investing more in wellbeing and mental health programmes, it’s safe to say workplace wellbeing is high on the business agenda for 2023.

As the leading workplace wellbeing provider since 2010, we appreciate it can be overwhelming planning an effective wellbeing strategy.  So, to help hone your plans for 2023, we’ve shared our 2023 awareness days calendar, which you can download below.

🗓 Download your 2023 Wellbeing Awareness Day Calendar here.

But rest assured, we’ll be creating a bespoke signature workshop once we know the theme. We’ll of course also be delivering our vast portfolio of Mental Health at Work workshops. Covering burnout, stress, resilience and much more, our Mental Health workshops have helped hundreds of clients silence the stigma around workplace mental health.

With only 90% of men only seeking help if they have a serious problem and suicide the biggest killer of men under 45, our Men’s Wellbeing workshops are much needed. Why not try our Men’s Mental Health Workshop?  Lead  by a journalist, author and public speaker on modern masculinity, we aim to tackle the taboo of men suffering in silence and get more men talking about mental health.

🗓 10 September – World Suicide Prevention Day

In  Suicide Prevention in the Workplace: A Conversation we share the story of 39 year old James who took his own life in 2019. In this talk, James’ friend, Andy (a mindfulness and wellness coach) interviews James’ brother, Will (a professional in the construction industry). Together, they share a candid conversation about suicide support and prevention.

🗓 18 October – World Menopause Day

51% of the population will go through the menopause and 80% will experience symptoms.  Yet, it continues to be a taboo subject in the workplace. Our Menopause at Work and Menopause for Managers training aims to make menopause everyone’s business.
