"Financial Fitness was really well received. It was nice that people felt comfortable enough to talk about their own experiences with money and their mindsets - I think the exercise really helped with that.

We especially liked the fact that it wasn’t intrusive or presented as a lecture.  Ruth was professional but also relatable which, I think, was the right balance. People are still talking about it which is great!"

Cultivating creativity

As adults in 2018, we’re experiencing a creativity crisis and becoming less verbally and emotionally expressive, empathetic and imaginative as a result. Despite creativity naturally decreasing as we age, our constant connectivity is causing an early on-set of creativity deficit, depriving us of a vital life skill that enhances our personal and professional lives. The good news is that creativity can be cultivated, it simply takes training:

“Those that practice creative activities can actually build brain tissue and learn to recruit their brain’s creative networks quicker and better.”

Rex Jung, Neuropsychologist at the University of New Mexico.
