The corporate landscape is drastically changing. Flexible working, hot-desking and freelancing are commonplace in the 2018 office. But what effect do they have on employee’s productivity, time management and team morale? In this group coaching workshop, we’ll educate and empower employees with tools and strategies to perform at their very best and work smarter, regardless of when and where they are physically working.  Learn how to: 

  • Manage your time effectively 

  • Setting seater goals for success 

  • Prioritise, organise and create effective tasks lists 

  • Implement effective strategies to perserve and avoid 
procrastination 

  • Stick to good working habits and avoid distractions.

How it works

  • Length: 2 Hours – Either split in to x2 1 hour workshops, or x1 2 hour workshop.

  • Capacity: In order for this to be an effective, interactive coaching session, we find smaller groups work best and we recommend a maximum of 15 people. 

  • Session leader: An executive coach with over 18 years experience in investment banking as an equity trader. Our coach holds a post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is a qualified MBTI psychometrics practitioner.

Parenting children of all ages and juggling a career with family life is no easy feat. Torn between priorities, it can be a struggle and challenge to feel like you are fulfilling both roles to the best of your ability. In this group corporate coaching workshop suitable for Mums and Dads, learn how to stay on top of your game as a working parent by playing to your strengths, establishing a support network and determining what ‘success’ means to you. This workshop will cover: 

  • Having it all Vs Being good enough
  • Focusing on what really matters. What is your personal metric for success?
  • Setting boundaries and priorities 
  • Outsourcing and asking for help
  • Why relationships matter.

This workshop is Ideal for KIT days, supporting staff returning from paternity and maternity leave, or to provide on-going support to staff with children of all ages.

  • Length: 2 Hours – Either split in to x2 1 hour workshops, or x1 2 hour workshop.

Financial fitness 1: Creating a positive money mindset

Does the thought of your finances fill you with dread? Would you rather bury your head in the sand than face your money matters? In this 60 minute group coaching workshop, we invite you to reframe your attitude and create a positive money mindset that will leave you feeling empowered to take control of your personal finances. Learn how to:


  • Remove limiting beliefs
  • Let go of inherited attitudes towards money
  • Set achievable financial goals
  • Be responsible and take control of your finances with confidence and power.

How it works

  • Length: 60 minutes. 
  • Capacity: In order for this to be an effective, interactive coaching session, we find smaller groups work best and we recommend a maximum of 15 people. 

  • Session leader: An executive coach with over 18 years experience in investment banking as an equity trader. Our coach holds a post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is a qualified MBTI psychometrics practitioner. 

Financial Fitness 2: Money Management

Equipped with a positive money mindset from the previous workshop, put your newfound financial prowess in to your practice as you learn the nuts and bolts of personal finance practices in this second 60 minute workshop. Learn how to:


  • Effectively budget 
  • Save money each month 
  • Demystify ISAs and saving plans
  • Contribute to a pension
  • Be aware of the pitfalls of consolidation loans, bankruptcy and other financial disasters.

A 90 minute workshop combining the content of the two workshops above is available. 
Please note these workshops are facilitated by an executive coach with 18 years experience in investment banking as an equity trader. These workshops use coaching and behavioural change tools and are designed to educate rather than advise participants on financial choices. These workshops are not FSA (Financial Services Authority)  regulated.

  • Session leader: A coach and financial advisor, with a certificate in Financial Advice (CEFA), Certificate in Mortgage Practice and Advice (CeMap) and the Financial Advisors International Qualification (FAIQ).
