85% of adults experience pressure at work regularly. However, if we have a base level of resilience, then we are far better placed to deal with challenging situations, pressure and change in the workplace.

This is why having tools and strategies to use in pressured situations is essential. This resilience workshop for employees will teach you tools and strategies to help build your resilience and thrive in situations of pressure and overwhelm.
 
You’ll leave the session with skills for life, that will enable you to tap into your resilience both in and out of the workplace – improving your relationships, health and daily fulfilment.

This 60 minute workshop will cover:

  • What resilience is
  • Your personal resilience audit
  • The importance of attitude and mindset in building resilience
  • Tools and techniques to use on a daily basis that will help you build resilience to improve your mental and physical wellbeing, both in and out of the workplace.
