Tools and techniques to use on a daily basis that will help you build resilience to improve your mental and physical wellbeing, both in and out of the workplace.
How it works:
This resilience workshop will take an interactive seminar style approach. Attendees will be encouraged to participate in exercises and apply their own challenges to the tools and advice discussed. However, no one will be put on the spot and expected to share confidential, sensitive information.
- Capacity: Unlimited virtually or up to 50 people on-site.
- Length: 60 minutes or a longer, 90 minute version is available
- Logistics: This workshop is available for delivery as a virtual webinar or on-site at your office. If online, you’ll be sent an exclusive link to the workshop, which will be streamed via Zoom (or your preferred webinar platform)
