Office Running Club
Take to the streets to de-stress, improve your fitness and get a fast fix of endorphins with your office running club. Guided and spurred on by a running coach, small groups will be taken on pre-planned routes of 3-5km. Running at your own pace and ability, this is a great way to get fit whilst bonding with colleagues and taking in the city sights.
How it works:
- Length: The actual run will last 30-40 minutes, but we suggest blocking out an hour to allow time for a pre-run briefing and post-run stretch.
- We cap running groups at 10 people per training.
- We can also provide bespoke local running maps for those who wish to run independently.
Capacity: 30 people
Not suitable for pregnant women.
