No room to roll out a yoga mat? No problem, try Chair Yoga instead.
A Chair Yoga class will allow you to get your yoga fix, even if you’re short on space. You’ll practice postures sitting on or standing by your chair that will be specifically tailored to alleviate the aches and pains of desk-bound work – such as stressed-out shoulders and knotty necks. You’ll also practice some stress-busting breathing practices to add to your toolkit for challenging times. All Chair Yoga postures are suitable for absolutely everyone and are designed to be easily be practiced at your desk, whilst wearing your work clothes.

- Equipment: A chair for each participants. The room can be set out however is convenient for you.
- Your Teacher: A hand-picked, fully certified and accredited Chair Yoga teacher.
