No room to roll out a yoga mat? No problem, try Chair Yoga instead.
A Chair Yoga class will allow you to get your yoga fix, even if you’re short on space. You’ll practice postures sitting on or standing by your chair that will be specifically tailored to alleviate the aches and pains of desk-bound work – such as stressed-out shoulders and knotty necks. You’ll also practice some stress-busting breathing practices to call on during challenging times at work. All Chair Yoga postures are designed for the office, are suitable for absolutely everyone and can easily be practiced at your desk, whilst wearing your work clothes.
How it works:
- Classes are capped at 40 people.
- Classes last 30 minutes.
- All we require is a chair for each participant. The room can be set out however is convenient for you.
