The ideal antidote to days spent at your desk, an office yoga or Pilates class will stretch out tired and tight muscles, strengthen and tone the whole body and induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices. No space to roll out a mat? No problem. Our Chair Yoga and Ergolates classes will provide a sufficient stretch on office chairs alone, without the need for yoga mats.
Our Stretching the City yoga class gives me time to get away from the desk & spend an hour focusing & listening to my body.. & what it needs. Just to have a class a 10m walk away from my desk is a huge lifesaver.
