The ideal antidote to days spent at your desk, our office yoga or Pilates classes will stretch out tired and tight muscles, strengthen and tone the whole body and induce calm and relaxation with stress-busting breathing and meditation practices. No space to roll out a mat? No problem. Our Chair Yoga and Ergolates classes will provide a sufficient stretch on office chairs alone, without the need for yoga mats. All classes below can be delivered virtually, via Zoom until our regular in-office classes resume.
