The Coronavirus crisis has dramatically changed the way we work. With the majority of our clients temporarily closing their offices, staff are now navigating the ‘new normal’ of working from home. The anxiety and uncertainty surrounding the pandemic is likely to exacerbate many mental health issues, whilst the practicalities of working from home (for many, whilst also juggling childcare) will come with it’s own challenges and concerns.
We believe workplace wellbeing is more pertinent than ever before, so we’ve adapted all our services (except massage) to be available for delivery online, via Zoom. Listed below are existing workshops we’ve tweaked and some brand new workshops, all created to help spread some wellbeing, wherever you’re working.
