Mental Health Strategies for Challenging Times – In this 30 minute webinar, clinical psychologist, Dr Lucy will share psychological tools and evidence-based techniques to help navigate challenging times, with our mental health in tact.

Sleep School – Whether you’re a sound sleeper or suffering insomniac, our resident sleep therapist will share tips and techniques to ensure the sleep you do get – even if limited, is the most restful and restorative it can be.

Nutrition 101: A Nutritionist’s Top 10 Tips – Baffled by conflicting nutrition advice and fad diets? Or, feeling that your diet has declined since lockdown began? Our Harley Street nutritionist shares her 10 no-nonense, evidence-based nutrition tips to live by.
Duration: 20 minutes.
Facilitator: A Harley Street Registered Nutritional Therapist.
Maintaining a Positive Mindset – In this coaching workshop, delegates will learn how to ride the waves of challenge and uncertainty with empirically-proven techniques proven to build resilience and promote a positive mindset.
Duration: 45 minutes.
Facilitator: A positive psychologist, mindfulness trainer, wellbeing consultant and coach.
MOVEMENT
Yoga Class – Stretch out tired and tight muscles in this 60 minute yoga class. Suitable for all levels, you’ll flow through sequences of sitting, standing and stretching yoga poses, finishing with a well-deserved ‘savasana’ relaxation at the end.

Pilates Class – This 60 minute class will help strengthen your core, reduce back pain and increase flexibility, strength, focus and co-ordination. You’ll leave the class feeling longer, leaner and 2 inches taller.

Desk Pilates Sequence – This short sequence will sort out those tight shoulders and neck niggles, bought on by months of working form home.

MEDITATION & RELAXATION
Mindfulness Meditation – An ancient practice that is more applicable than ever before, a regular mindfulness meditation practice will hone your awareness and clarity whilst helping keep stress at bay. Listen to this short meditation for some respite and breathing space in the midst of a busy day.

Breathwork: Breathing for Calm
The way we breathe can radically improve our physical health and mental wellbeing. In this short breathwork practice, discover for yourself the transformative effects of breathing fully and deeply.

Yoga Nidra – Soothe your senses and drift off to a deep relaxation with this guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Ideal to listen to before going to sleep, or if you need some down-time during a busy day.
