Virtual Cooking Class
Our Virtual Cooking class is 2020’s answer to after work drinks. The injection of fun we all need during this tough time, the class will be live-streamed via Zoom, with our resident healthy cooking chef taking your through the steps. You can choose from one of 3 menu choices and you’ll receive a list of ingredients a week before, all of which we guarantee will be easy to source, if not already lurking in your kitchen cupboards. For optimal fun and connectivity with your colleagues, we suggest participants switch their cameras on to enjoy cooking together and sharing their culinary creations with each another afterwards.
Choose Menu A, B or C:
Menu A: A fragrant quick lightly spiced chicken or veggie curry, with jewelled basmati rice, a crunchy raw veg side salad and cooling yoghurt & cucumber raita.
Menu B: Pea risotto with pan-fried salmon and pea shoots
- Menu C: Romano peppers stuffed with rice, courgette and herbs served with whipped feta, & marinated courgette salad.
You’ll make enough for 2 people, so can share with your partner or flatmate, or have an extra portion for lunch the next day.
How it works:
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Capacity: Up to 100 people.
- Workshop leader: A health food chef and recipe writer who regularly hosts supper clubs and cooking classes.
- Logistics: You’ll be sent an exclusive link to the workshop, which will be streamed via Zoom. Ingredients list will be provided
- Available: Worldwide.
