Life after Lockdown: Looking after your Mental Health
Here in the UK, we’re on a ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown, with gradual lifting of restrictions over the coming months. As we return to daily routines, socialising, travel and (eventually) returning to work, how do we do so with our mental health in tact?
Although a gradual process, the transition from the quiet of our own homes to the noise of our pre-Covid lives will no doubt conjure up mixed feelings. In this bespoke 60 minute webinar, created and delivered by a clinical psychologist, we invite you to reflect on the past 12 months and create your own personal roadmap for emerging out of lockdown at a pace that protects your own wellbeing and mental health.
Delegates can expect to:
Explore their own feelings to life after lockdown, which can range from feelings of trepidation to dread, anxiety or excitement
Reflect on the past 12 months, including any learnings or ‘lightbulb moments from lockdown
Find ways to process the personal challenges and struggles of the past year
Set their own personal roadmap out of lockdown, staying true to their boundaries and personal values
Connect with colleagues over shared experiences, concerns and feelings around life after lockdown.

“Thank you very much for today’s session, it was super informative, really insightful and left me with plenty of practical tips and ideas to mull over. And best of all, it got us connected!”

“Life after Lockdown was extremely helpful and informative. Even though I have done a CBT course previously, this workshop provided all of the most important and useful tools in a short space of time, it was much easier to take it in to use for the future.”
