Managing Overwhelm with Mindfulness
Mitigating the epidemic of overwhelm with mindfulness.
Delve deeper in to the practice of mindfulness and learn how to develop a toolkit of mindfulness techniques to draw on during times of stress and overwhelm. Lead by a certified coach and mindfulness teacher, you’ll:
- Identify your stress triggers and learn how to change your perspective in the face of overwhelm.
- Increase your self-awareness.
- Learn mindfulness practices to help develop resilient thinking and attitudes during times of change, uncertainty and overwhelm.
- Develop techniques to reduce anxiety and manage workload when working in a demanding environment.
How it works:
- Capacity: 30 people
- Length: 60 minutes
- Requirements: Simply provide a quiet space, such as a meeting room and a chair for each participant. We’ll also require a screen for some slides.
- Your teacher: A fully accredited, certified and insured mindfulness meditation teacher.
