Mindful Communication at Work
Positive communication starts with how we connect and relate to ourselves as well as others. Your mindfulness teacher will share tools and techniques to develop stronger professional relationships and improve communication in the workplace. We will look at the power of responding before reacting, and share how to build positive verbal and non-verbal techniques to create a healthy, productive workplace dialogue.
How it works:
- Simply provide a quiet space, such as a meeting room and a chair for each participant.
- Capacity: 30 people
- Length: 60 minutes
- We require a screen for some slides.
