Mindful Chocolate Tasting
A delicious awakening of the senses and introduction to mindful eating.
Our mindful chocolate tasting experience is an opportunity to pause and connect with mindfulness and awareness through tasting of delicious dark chocolate.
Using the principles of mindful eating and professional chocolate tasting, you’ll (mindfully) taste a variety of the single origin chocolate our teacher uses in her own chocolate making. Chocolate is an exciting and evocative ingredient, with even more flavour complexity than red wine, making it the perfect ingredient for a sensory experience.
In this workshop you’ll learn about taste, digestion, the potent power of chocolate and the ancient practice of mindful eating – and why it’s so important in our busy modern world.
How it works:
- Capacity: 20 people
- Length: 60 minutes
- Equipment: Handmade artisan chocolates for tasting included. These are nut and dairy-free.
- Your facilitator: A fully accredited mindfulness teacher and chocolatier.
