Managing Overwhelm with Mindfulness
Identify your stress triggers and how to change your perspective in the face of overwhelm. In this session we will increase our self-awareness and focus on building and strengthening resilience, in particular learning mindfulness practices to help develop resilient thinking and attitudes during times of change, uncertainty and overwhelm.
Your teacher will share techniques to reduce anxiety, prioritise workload when working in a demanding environment and build positivity in our everyday lives.
How it works:
- Simply provide a quiet space, such as a meeting room and a chair for each participant.
- Capacity: 30 people
- Length: 60 minutes
- We require a screen for some slides.
