This interactive session focuses on how to use mindfulness techniques to power performance and get crystal-clear focus. During the session we will address the major time management challenges facing busy professionals. Participants will learn booster techniques to eliminate procrastination & supercharge your productivity, as well as powerful ways to mindfully create pauses in your busy work schedule.

- Simply provide a quiet space, such as a meeting room and a chair for each participant.
