1:1 programmes with our accredited Personal & Business Coach to power personal development at all levels of your organisation.
Delivered by a Transformational Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and Clinical Hynotherapist, our 1:1 coaching programmes are a blend of transformational coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy – depending on the individual client profile, needs and preferences. One-off coaching consultations are available, but to really reap the benefits of coaching, we recommend a minimum of x3 60 minute sessions per individual client.

Neuro Linguistic Programming
known as NLP, is a powerful set of varied techniques that help you become more successful in life by taking control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It works with both the conscious mind and subconscious mind to re-train the brain and replace unhelpful thought patterns (such as self-criticism or fear) with more empowering beliefs and thought processes (such as self-belief). It is highly effective in helping you to build your confidence and manage negative emotions such as anxiety and overwhelm.
works with the subconscious mind to embed positive affirmations and suggestions that are beneficial to you, influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour positively after the session. It involves inducing you into a deeply relaxed trance-like state, similar to daydreaming (which we call the Alpha brainwave state), in which the subconscious mind is at its most receptive. Hypnotherapy can be highly effective in helping you to grow your confidence, overcome fears, manage anxiety and reduce stress.
How it works:
- Each coaching consultation is 60 minutes.
- Coaching is facilitated virtually, although face to face sessions can be arranged.
- Coaching can be offered to individuals on a 1:1 basis, or small groups of up to 4.
