Our Sleep School workshop and 1:1 consultations will share tips to ensure the sleep you do get – even if limited, is the most restful and restorative it can be. Meanwhile, our relaxing Office Massage treatments are the ultimate act of self-care, helping you relax during the working day.
Mental Health at Work
With the WHO recently reporting 15% of working-age adults had a mental disorder in 2019, it’s imperative workplaces have proactive and preventative mental health at work programmes in place. From general awareness across all employees to specific mental health for managers training, work needs to become a place that can enhance rather than hinder our mental wellbeing.
