A 360° approach to Health & Wellbeing
No longer a ‘nice to have’, a corporate health and wellbeing programme is an essential component of a company’s culture. Yet to be truly impactful, a successful programme needs to offer a holistic, 360º approach to health and wellbeing.
A weekly fruit bowl and yoga class are no longer sufficient. As the ‘One Stop Shop’ for workplace wellbeing, we deliver services across the wellbeing spectrum and place an equal emphasis on:
Fitness
Sleep & Self Care
Mental Health
Nutrition
Financial Wellbeing
Our Staff Health Checks can also provide insightful statistics, bench-marking the current health status of your staff, with suggestions for areas to focus on.

Introducing our 5 Pillars of Workplace Health and Wellbeing:
Fitness
Proven to reduce stress and relieve anxiety, exercise is a sure fire way to boost your ‘feel-good’ endorphins. Whether you’re stretching out the body with one of our office yoga classes, or getting your heart-rate racing in an office HIIT class, you’ll never regret making the time to move your body.
Sleep & Self-Care
Described as the ‘golden chain’ that ties our health and bodies together, Sleep is a non-negotiable foundation of wellbeing. Our Sleep School workshop and 1:1 consultations will share tips to ensure the sleep you do get – even if limited, is the most restful and restorative it can be. Meanwhile, our relaxing Office Massage treatments are the ultimate act of self-care, helping you relax during the working day.
Mental Health at Work
With the WHO recently reporting 15% of working-age adults had a mental disorder in 2019, it’s imperative workplaces have proactive and preventative mental health at work programmes in place. From general awareness across all employees to specific mental health for managers training, work needs to become a place that can enhance rather than hinder our mental wellbeing.
Nutrition
Inadequate nutrition can raise productivity levels by 20% and drastically reduce sick days. Equipped with better nutritional knowledge, delicious recipes and healthy eating advice, employees can transform how they feel during their working day.
Financial Wellbeing
Few people will be impacted by 2022’s cost of living crisis. Adding yet another blow to many employees who are still struggling to bounce back from the stress of the pandemic, financial worries are a serious source of stress. Whilst our Financial Wellbeing workshops and 1:1 consultations can’t fix the economic climate, they can help equip your employees with practical advice and helpful tips to weather the storm of this financial strain.
