In this transformative workshop, discover and develop the power and potential of your breath. In this 60 minute Breathwork workshop you will:
- Learn the science of how correct breathing improves both your physical and mental health.
- Discover simple and quick hacks on how to change your mental state instantly using only your breath.
- Practice a series of breathing exercises that will:
- Turn down the volume of your thoughts in a way like you’ve never experienced
- Leave you on a natural high with a sense of peace and clarity
- Ignite a blissful energy that will have you feeling and performing at your best.
How it works
- Capacity: 30 people
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Equipment: Participants can be seated, however it’s preferable for them to be lying down on yoga mats, blankets or towels.
- Your teacher: This workshop is facilitated by a highly experienced breath work teacher, who has trained extensively with multiple modern breath masters worldwide.
