Planning ahead for 2027 already?
Specifically, the 2027 Wellbeing Awareness Days Calendar is now live for HR teams who plan a year ahead. If you want first sight of the 2027 dates and themes, see the 2027 calendar or sign up to our newsletter.
Why use a wellbeing awareness calendar at all?

Most HR teams already know the headline moments — Mental Health Awareness Week, International Women’s Day, World Mental Health Day. However, the year-round impact comes from threading the smaller moments together too. Specifically, Time to Talk Day in February, Stress Awareness Month in April, Carers Week in June, World Suicide Prevention Day in September, Movember and International Men’s Day in November — each of these is a planned moment that signals to your team that wellbeing isn’t a one-week-a-year activity.
This calendar maps every one of those moments alongside the wellbeing topic, the workplace relevance, and the workshop that pairs naturally with each. Furthermore, you can mix and match — most of our clients book three to six anchor workshops a year, threaded around the moments that matter most to their workforce.

August is also when HR teams scope their autumn programmes for Sept-Dec. A national week focused on flexible working, work-life balance and family-friendly culture. See our National Work Life Week 2026 workplace guide for sample agendas and workshop options. Most-booked: Boundary Setting, Wellbeing for Working Parents, Digital Wellbeing Workshop.

For complementary nutrition support, consider 1:1 nutrition consultations with our BANT-registered nutritionist — particularly powerful for colleagues with prediabetes risk factors or family history
Winter Wellbeing: November to January
The darker months bring specific workplace wellbeing challenges — seasonal mood patterns, reduced daylight, the build-up to Christmas, family pressure, alcohol-heavy office culture, and the January reset. Specifically, the organisations that handle winter well treat it as a connected three-month wellbeing arc rather than three separate moments.
From late October through February, workplace mood and energy patterns shift measurably. As a result, the standard winter wellbeing investment combines:
Alcohol-Free Christmas Party Alternatives – December 2026
More UK employers than ever are rethinking the traditional alcohol-heavy office Christmas party. As a result, the sober-curious trend, recovery-friendly workplaces, more religiously diverse teams, employees on medication, pregnant colleagues, and the cost-of-living reality have all converged on the same question: what’s the alternative?
Furthermore, alcohol-free doesn’t mean joy-free. Specifically, the most memorable team moments come from genuinely shared sensory experiences — not from a free bar.
The four most-booked booze-free Christmas options:
You’ve mapped the moments — now plan the workshops

The calendar is the easy part. The harder question is: which moments should your team prioritise, and what should you actually book for each?
Most of our clients land on the same shape: two anchor moments and four supporting moments per year. Specifically, that’s typically Mental Health Awareness Week in May and World Mental Health Day in October as the anchors — with International Women’s Day, Stress Awareness Month, World Menopause Day and Movember as the supporting moments. Furthermore, the exact mix depends on your workforce, your ERGs, and where your team is in their wellbeing journey.
We can scope this in 20 minutes on a discovery call.
