All hail the Duke of Cambridge and his team for launching the latest initiative from his mental health charity, Heads Together.
The aptly-named ‘Mental Health at Work’ platform is a new website packed to the rafters with resources to help employers get to grips with workplace mental health. It’s a one-stop shop for documents, guides, videos, podcasts, courses and templates that organisations of any size will find useful in their efforts to support mental wellbeing at work.
Here at Stretching the City HQ, we’re always partial to a podcast and found the CIPD podcasts on Promoting and Supporting Good Mental Health really insightful. We’ve also really enjoyed the reports and toolkits from so many brilliant charities and bodies – including Business in the Community, Mind, NHS, as well as industry-specific case studies covering mental health in the charity, finance and other sectors.
You can check out the platform here:
If your organisation is looking to put some of the platform’s initiatives and suggestions in to place, be sure to take a look at our mental health at work workshops, including ‘Mental Health for Managers’ and ‘Stress Less & Ease Anxiety’.
