Stretching with corporate yoga since 2010…
Founded in 2010 by wellbeing entrepreneur Sally Lovett, we began our workplace wellbeing journey teaching office yoga. Our first client was the NHS Trust in London. As our client base grew, our offerings expanded to include corporate Pilates and meditation and we began hand-picking a team of London’s best teachers to deliver our classes.
Before long, we had added nutrition, massage and workshops on sleep and mental health to our portfolio and have continued to recruit a stellar team of wellness experts. Fast forward to 2020 and we’ve worked with our 300 clients, including John Lewis, Facebook, Lonely Planet, PwC and many more. Some of our clients might just have a weekly yoga class or monthly massage, whilst others will have a whole year of wellness workshops with us. We’re happy to work with either, and applaud all of our clients for recognising and investing in their employee’s wellbeing.
“Stretching the City provided a great yoga & meditation session and we really enjoyed it, it added really well to the flow of the day and was a great way to round off our corporate day off-site.”

Stretching the City delivered five fantastic workshops. The speakers were extremely knowledgeable, engaging and professional and helped us deliver a Mental Health Awareness Week to remember.
