Squeeze a slice of calm in to your working day with a 30 minute guided meditation.
We appreciate time is scarce and not everyone can attend an hour’s workshop, so this 30 minute session gets straight to the point with purely practical guided meditations to rejuvenate and refocus mind and body. Sharing the core principles of mindfulness meditation, these short meditations will help cultivate a connection to the present moment – which in turn can lead to improved productivity, morale, mood and reduced stress.
Meditating alone, or alongside a recording is great, but there’s something powerful about meditating in a group. In fact, recored EEG results show that brainwaves synchronise while meditating!
These highly effective calming classes work on a drop-in basis, whereby staff attend as and when they can. We advise you partake in the 60 minute ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ workshop to learn the foundations of mindfulness before embarking on these shorter sessions.

Simply provide a quiet space, such as a meeting room and a chair for each participant.

- Length: 30 minutes (Even shorter, 15 or 20 minute meditations are available for conferences and ice-breaker sessions).
