Stretching since 2010…
Founded in 2010, we began our workplace wellbeing journey teaching yoga in offices. Our first client was the NHS Trust in Victoria, London. As our client base grew, our offerings expanded to include corporate Pilates and meditation and we began hand-picking a team of London’s best teachers to deliver our classes. Before long, we had added nutrition, massage and workshops on sleep and mental health to our portfolio and had continued to recruit a stellar team of wellness experts. Fast forward to 2018 and we’ve worked with our 200 clients, including John Lewis, Facebook, Lonely Planet, PwC and many more. Some of our clients might just have a weekly yoga class or monthly massage, whilst others will have a whole year of wellness workshops with us. We’re happy to work with either, and applaud all of our clients for recognising and investing in their employee’s wellbeing. As Richard Branson so rightly put it, “Investing in your employees is the smartest business decision you can make.”
